After several delays, Sprint has released its version of the Palm Treo Pro.  The Treo Pro is a Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional smartphone with a 320×320 touchscreen.

Sprint is offering the Treo Pro for $199 after a two-year service agreement and a $100 mail-in rebate.  That rebate does have a caveat: it requires that you sign up for an Everything plan, Data Premier add-on or PRO Pack add-on.

Facebook announced the new Facebook Connect for iPhone service at the SXSW Interactive conference in Austin, TX today.
