Gigabyte Technology has recently released its 61.5% stake in GeCube to officially withdraw from it board of directors, according to a Chinese-language Apply Daily report.

GeCube has recently sold its graphics card business and said it will cooperate with a new partner to work on a non-graphics card related businesses in the future. However, the company declined to reveal its new partner, the paper added.
