AT&T used its Twitter page to let us know that it has dropped the price on the refurbished 8GB iPhone 3G to just $49, while supplies last. The Twitter posting suggests visiting att.com to order. The $49 price tag is half the price of an unopened 8GB model. If you’re looking for a 3G capable iPhone and don’t need the faster specs and better camera of the new iPhone 3GS, this could be a good deal.
