Sprint has just announced the Samsung Intrepid, the first Windows Mobile 6.5 Smartphone (Windows Phone) from Sprint, and the first WM6.5 Messenger-class device (a smartphone with a front-facing QWERTY keyboard) in the U.S.
The Samsung Intrepid has a 2.5-inch touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera (with Smart Read, a camera-driven business card scanner), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, aGPS and a microSDHC flash memory card slot.
Available on October 11, the Samsung Intrepid will sell for $149 with a two-year service agreement, instant savings and rebate.
