LetsTalk.com is now offering the Motorola Droid for the same price as Amazon.com – $149  – but LetsTalk has the Android 2.0 smartphone in stock today (Amazon is currently backordered).  The price is at checkout with no mail-in rebate and both retailers require a two-year service agreement.
