HP has a new Windows Phone on the way – the iPAQ Glisten. Formerly known as the K3 Obsidian, the Glisten will be the first iPAQ officially distributed through a U.S. wireless carrier in quite some time.
That U.S. carrier is AT&T Mobility, and the company will be adding the iPAQ Glisten to its smartphone lineup sometime “in the coming weeks.” Features include a 2.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional, a 3MP camera, aGPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a standard 3.5mm audio jack, and a microSDHC flash memory slot.
According to the AT&T press release, the HP iPAQ Glisten Windows Phone will be available for $229 with a two-year service agreement and a $50 mail-in rebate. We’ll let you know when a release date is announced.
