YouTube has come up with a solution for copyrighted music in videos that doesn’t involve pulling the whole video. Apparently, they’ve just instituted a new policy whereby they mute any copyrighted music from any unauthorized video. It’s unclear when this began, as they didn’t announce the policy change.
