Apple Announces “World’s Thinnest Notebook”

Steve Jobs announced the MacBook Air during his keynote speech at Macworld 2008 this morning. The MacBook Air is small and thin enough to fit inside a manila envelope, and features an LED-backlit display, a scaled-down Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a Multi-Touch trackpad and a 64GB Solid State Disk (SSD) option.
